We are so proud of our Kindergarten List Movers who have LEVELED UP!! ⬆️

Today Ms. Amelia & Ms. Norma's Pre-K class, practiced tallying in a fun and tasty way! 🎉 Instead of using markers and paper, small groups used pretzel sticks as tally marks. 🥨 The kids counted, grouped, and tallied while building early math skills through hands-on learning! 💡✨

Please plan accordingly for our upcoming early dismissal dates and times.

The countdown has ended and the BUBBLE BUS has arrived for our first PBIS party of the school year!!! EEEEEEEKKKK!!! 🤩
We are so excited to celebrate positive behavior today, with our Little Wildcats!! 🩷🩵💚💛🧡

Today, Mrs. Victoria's 1st grade class did a hands on science activity to find out how bird beaks are different. They started their unit on plants and animals, with special parts on animals. These little scientists had fun trying to use their bird beaks to pick up food! 🐦🦆

🌈 R is for Rainbow! 🌈
Today Ms. Amelia's Pre-K class counted, sorted, and made patterns while building rainbows with Fruit Loops, marshmallows, and pipe cleaners.
These students worked on math, fine motor skills, and sensory exploration — using taste, smell, touch, and sight to bring the letter R to life!
Learning has never been this colorful! 🌈 ☁️

Mrs. Alida's 2nd grade class is learning about Mexico and some of the tropical fruits that grow there. Today they taste tested dragon fruit, papaya, and mangos. They also had “blue corn” in the form of tortilla chips. It was a “tasty” lesson. 🥭 🍽️

🍁 Happy First Day of Fall! 🍁
Our Pre-K friends celebrated with a Nature Walk Small Group! We explored leaves, colors, and sounds of fall while practicing science skills, language development, and teamwork. What a fun way to welcome the season! 🌿🍂

🅱️ B is for Bubbles! 🫧
Our Pre-K students explored science today by making lava lamps with oil, water, food coloring, and effervescent tablets. This hands-on activity helped them:
🔬 Observe cause and effect
(oil and water don’t mix)!
📖 Build vocabulary – bubble, fizz, float, sink
🧠 Practice sequencing & problem solving – following steps in order
✋ Strengthen fine motor skills – pouring, dropping, and stirring
A perfect blend of science, literacy, and motor development all while keeping students engaged and curious!
